Disinfection process validation with bacteria
Disinfection process validation by using DioFog-Controller bioindicators with test bacteria
DioFog Controller “closed germ-carriers”: Bioindicators with official test bacteria
Validations using conventional agar contact plates (classical way) may be unsafe due to application mistakes. By using DioFog-Controller, this problem may easily be a thing of the past because:
The DioFog-Controller procedure uses so called “closed germ-carriers”, whose testing germs (thermo-resistant reference-germs of the ATTC 6057) are coated by a thermally, mechanically and chemically stable but still flexible membrane and a run-off of testing germs or a re-contamination of the germ-carrier is surely prevented.
The DioFog-Controller KT-4 (3004 S) is developed to verify room disinfection procedures according to European norms, international standards and the German RKI (Robert Koch Institute) guidelines.
The DioFog-Controllers are bioindicators for the probably easiest and safest validation of hydrogen peroxide based room, air and surface disinfections through aerosolized Hydrogen Peroxide (aHP).
